TNT Endorses Women's
Equity in Rebuilding Coalition (WERC) Proposal
WERC is collecting endorsements for their proposal to "give voice
to issues of economic equity for women in the Gulf region." TNT
helped develop the proposal located at www.womenwerc.org.

Four TNT Board members sit on the AFL-CIO Building and Construction
Trades Department's Permanent
Committee
for Women in the Trades. "The
BCTD Committee for Women in the Trades is committed to increasing
the number
of women
in
skilled
trades careers by promoting strategies for recruitment, retention
and leadership advancement. The Committee will give voice and
visibility to these issues within the BCTD, its affiliates and industry
